Reminder 2020 Plenary Council

Share your gifts of spirit and faith with the Church

Make your voice heard!

The Plenary Council’s first stage of preparation – Listening and Dialogue - will conclude on 6 March 2019. There is still time to join over 60,000 Australian Catholics that have had their say in shaping the agenda for the Plenary Council sessions in 2020 and 2021. The official Plenary page can be found here.

Your input can come in any form and we assure you that your voice is important. To assist with this process NATSICC has developed a web page that has all the information you will need to make a submission to the Plenary Council. Included on that page is a multimedia resource of images and quotes from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Catholics and a Yarning Circle resource.

NATSICC 2020 Page

A dedicated page with resources and links for use by communities in preparing their submissions to the 2020 Plenary Council. Included is a multimedia presentation that encourages reflection and contemplation.

Yarning Circle Activity

Utilising a traditional method of discussion, the Yarning Circle activity has been designed for use by both Indigenous and non Indigenous groups to prepare 2020 submissions. Included are both Aboriginal and Spiritual reflections.
