Wayne
Kelly is an experienced teacher in both the Kimberley area
and resides in Geraldton. Wayne places a strong emphasis
on uniting Western Australia and is mindful of the size
of the State.
Wayne is working closely to bridge the
divide amongst the various Dioceses in WA and hopes that
a new State Council can be formed to do so.
